Week 2
Claude Ecosystem + MCP Deep Dive + Harness Setup
Claude Code ecosystem: projects, memory, context windows, CLAUDE.md. Skills — reusable prompt modules. MCP explained in full: protocol, server/client model. Connect GitHub and Supabase MCP servers live. CLI vs MCP decision framework.
Week 2
Build: Google Auth + Agent Harness Repo
Implement Google OAuth via Supabase Auth. Row-level security. Build CRUD features. Fork the agent harness template, personalise CLAUDE.md, configure .claude/settings.json. Connect Netlify MCP for deploys.
Week 3
Multi-Agent Architecture + Wiring Your Harness
Multi-agent systems: orchestrator + subagents with diagrams. Agent patterns: sequential, parallel, recursive. Build a 2-agent pipeline live. Structured outputs with Zod schemas. Error handling and retry logic. Wire all 3 MCP servers into your harness.
Week 3
Build: Core AI Feature + Multi-Agent Integration
Spec your product's core AI feature. Build the AI pipeline with multi-step logic using Claude Code. Store AI outputs in Supabase. Add streaming responses and loading states. Test with agents, push via GitHub MCP. Peer code review.
Week 4
Production Readiness + Full Agent Harness Activation
Production checklist: env vars, error boundaries, rate limits, input validation. Security: prompt injection defense, Supabase RLS audit via MCP. Activate full agent swarm: orchestrator coordinates builder + reviewer + deployer. UI polish sprint. Demo prep.
Week 4
Demo Day — Ship It. Present It. Own It.
Final deploy with custom domain via MCP. Harness handover: confirm repo is clean, CLAUDE.md final, MCP servers all green. Product demos: 4 min each + 2 min Q&A. Group vote. Retrospective. What's next: launch, join Axiomic Labs, return as mentor.
